BUYER

The buyer is a natural or legal person who purchases products through the website www.ozkiratli.net . The buyer's name, surname/title, address, telephone number, and email address are the information collected during the order process.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of olive oil and related food products , the specifications and sales price of which are stated, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website www.ozkiratli.net , and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding this transaction.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the products are as stated in the order summary. This information is deemed accepted by the BUYER upon order confirmation.

4. CONTRACT DATE

The contract enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.

5. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TERMS

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER during the order process.
Orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest, depending on stock availability.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.
If the product packaging is damaged during delivery, a damage report must be filed with the delivery person.

6. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other payment methods offered on the site. Product shipment will not be made until payment is complete.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by email or in writing within this period.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the BUYER.

8. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Food products that have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons,
Products specially prepared according to the BUYER's request,
Olive oil and similar food products whose packaging has been opened after delivery.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the payment will be refunded to the BUYER via the same method used for payment, within a maximum of 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.

10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER's place of residence or the SELLER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

11. EFFECTIVE DATE

By placing an order through www.ozkiratli.net , the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
