Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS


This Cancellation and Refund Policy has been prepared to regulate the cancellation, return, and refund processes for products offered for sale on the www.ozkiratli.net website.

All customers who place orders through www.ozkiratli.net are deemed to have accepted this policy.


2. ORDER CANCELLATION


  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please send an email to ozkiratligida@gmail.com or contact us at +90 533 771 95 44.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled; the return process will apply.


3. RETURN CONDITIONS


According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.


The product to be returned;

  • It is unused,

  • The packaging must be undamaged,

  • It should be resalable.

  • It must be sent along with the invoice or order information.


4. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED


The following items are non-returnable:


  • Opened food products,

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons,

  • Olive oil and similar food products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery,

  • Products specially prepared according to customer requirements.


5. DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS


If any damage such as crushing, breakage, or leakage is noticed in the product packaging during delivery, a damage report should be filed with the delivery person.


Damaged or faulty products must be reported to the SELLER within 3 days of the delivery date. Following inspection, a product replacement or refund will be issued.


6. RETURN SHIPMENT


In case of returns made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the BUYER unless otherwise stated. In case of faulty or damaged products, the shipping cost is covered by the SELLER.


7. REFUND


Once the returned product reaches the SELLER, the necessary checks will be carried out, and if the return is approved, the payment will be refunded to the customer's payment method within a maximum of 14 days .
